July 2002 marks the release of Forever Moon's much anticipated sophomore album, FM Radio. Recorded alongside producer Matt Goldman (My Hotel Year, Dennison Marrs, Smalltown Poets) and Rodney Mills (Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Sheryl Crow), this album combines the strengths of the band displayed on their debut album with the considerable experience of their production staff to bring about a driving, rock album that continues to show their growth as musicians and establishes them as one of the premier bands in the region. History : Forever Moon began playing music together in the spring of 1996 while working as counselors at summer camp. They enjoyed the opportunity to perform music together and thought they'd like to play more often. However, with plans to pursue a degree at college, they were unable to do much other than impromptu jam sessions. After another summer of playing music at camp, the guys decided that music was something they genuinely wanted to pursue. They enjoyed playing together and found that it provided them with a creative outlet through which they could share their experiences with others. This desire pushed them to finally piece some songs together.
Before of summer of 2001, Forever Moon underwent a few changes in its touring line-up. Original members Danny Zaverl and Andy Flynn each decided to take a hiatus from the band and life on the road. Scott and Sean Patterson remain with the band and together form the reconstituted core of Forever Moon. Rounding out the bands new line-up are bassist Colin McGough and drummer John Newberry. With a renewed passion and energy that these changes have brought, Forever Moon continues to tour throughout the Mid-Atlantic in support of their sophomore release titled FM Radio, while solidifying their reputation as one of the East Coast's premier bands..
